2Th 1:8
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Q - Does this mean all the people who have never heard the Gospel will go to hell?
A - "No, this verse is speaking of the unsaved who have rejected God's word. (Pro 24:12) If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works? (Joh 15:22) If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. "
