Q - Why was God sorry he create people and animals if he knows the future and saw that they would become wicked and would eventually have to destroyed?
A - "Even though God knows the choices people will make before they happen he is still grieved by there sinful conduct when it occurs. (Hos 11:8) How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.
