Perfect
Gen 6:9
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Q - What does God mean when he says someone is blameless? Have they never sinned?
A - "Every human being has sinned execpt Jesus. When God calls someone blameless it is a figure of speech and should not be taken literally. A blameless person is simply someone that no longer habitually gives into temptation. (Psa 19:13) Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. "
