Isa 64:6
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Q - Why does God say all people are unclean and unrighteous?
A - Even a little sin defiles us in God's eyes just as a small black ink stain on a white shirt or dress causes the entire garment to be consider dirty and unfit to wear.
