Psa 51:5
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Q - Why does David say he was conceived in sin?
A - We are sinful from birth that is why Jesus said we must be born again in order to enter the kingdom of heaven. (Joh 3:3) Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."
